BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT USING SPHYGMOMANOMETER (PRACTICAL)

We got even better news ! In AIMs you can be your own doctor ! Learn the skills of using the tradition sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure! 
Sphygmomanometer is an instrument for measuring blood pressure, typically consisting of an inflatable rubber cuff which is applied to the arm and connected to a column of mercury next to a graduated scale, enabling the determination of systolic and diastolic blood pressure by increasing and gradually releasing the pressure in the cuff. With the help of a stethoscope placed on your brachial artery , you are able to determine the readings of systolic and diastolic pressure.

Confused by big words ? No worries there will be facilitators and lecturers at your aid.
